Shipping Information:
We treat every order for imaging supplies as a priority order, 98% of our supplies are in stock and shipped the same business day if the order is received before 5:00 PM EST. and the next business day for those received after 5:00 PM EST or on non-business days. In the unusual event that your Ribbons are not in stock, you will be notified as to when your printer ribbons will be available for shipping, and you will have the option to back-order the item, or cancel your order.
We charge a fixed shipping cost, regardless of the order size. Many of our competitors use standard surface mail shipping, or shipping costs based on the dollar amount of the order, at DiscountPrinterRibbon.com you’ll pay the same low rate regardless of the order size.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We understand that sometimes you may simply want to return an item for a full refund, and we make it easy. You can return any item within 90 days of the invoice date by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and returning the unused/unopened cartridges for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges. If the order shipped with our free freight option there will be a $5.95 restocking fee.
To process your return, please contact Customer Service by phone or email (Sales@DiscountPrinterRibbons.com) to request an RMA. Your RMA number helps us track your return and ensures it’s processed according to your wishes. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, with our RMA visibly written on the mailing label.
